For airport return pick-ups, you receive 1 hour of free waiting time. If your flight is delayed, the waiting time will begin from the actual landing time.
You can choose your preferred pick-up time. In case of flight delays, the 1-hour complimentary waiting time will start from the adjusted landing time.
If the delay extends beyond the adjusted landing time, a waiting fee of £5.00 per 15-minute interval will apply.
